Q3: Can I use the magnesium salve or spray daily? A: Yes, both are safe for daily use. In fact, regular use supports muscle relaxation, sleep, and natural magnesium levels.

Q5: Do your products contain preservatives? A: No synthetic preservatives are used. We rely on the natural stability of oils and beeswax. Store in a cool, dry place and use within 3–6 months for best results.

Q6: Do your products contain nuts or allergens? A: Some products contain oils derived from nuts (e.g., shea butter, almond oil). Always check the ingredient list and consult your healthcare provider if you have allergies.

Q7: Can I request a custom scent or essential oil blend? A: Yes! Custom scents are available upon request for an additional fee. Let us know your preference when ordering.

Q8: Are your products safe for children and babies? A: Most products are safe for children over 2 years old. For infants, consult your healthcare provider first, especially for essential oil-based items.

Q9: Are your products vegan? A: Most are vegan, but products containing beeswax are not considered vegan. We are proud to use ethically sourced beeswax.

Q10: Do you offer refunds or returns? A: Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Q11: What if I’m allergic to one of the oils listed?
A: Your safety is my top priority. If you have any allergies, please email me at holistichoneybeez@outlook.com or text 905-741-0022 before placing your order. I can custom-make your product and omit any oils you’re allergic to, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for your skin.
